We are ISO 27001:2022 Certified ... again!

Perhaps unsurprisingly, we have once again completed our ISO 27001:2022 certification - the latest version of this standard. We now hold three certifications along with ISO 9001 and ISO 140001, and we can assist other businesses achieve certification or be re-certified. Discover more about our ISO services.

There is a requirement for Strident and our customers to work to strict data management guidelines, such as the General Data Protection Regulation and the UK Data Protection Bill. ISO 27001:2022 takes this to the highest level.

What is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification?

ISO/IEC 27001:2022 is the latest international standard that describes best practice for an information security management system. This is a framework of policies and procedures that includes all legal, physical and technical controls involved in an organisation's information risk management processes.

The International Standards Organisation states it was developed to "provide a model for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving an Information Security Management System. ISMS is a systematic approach to managing sensitive company information so that it remains secure. It includes people, processes and IT systems by applying a risk management process."
