Supporting 50km Ultra challenge for CALM

Supporting 50km Ultra challenge for CALM.

We are delighted to help support Tony Felgate, Director at Strident customer Monthind Cleaning, in his Easter 50K Ultra Challenge to raise money for CALM.

"My right leg isn't the strongest so this will definitely be a challenge but one that is really worthwhile doing. I have chosen to undertake this walk on behalf of the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), which is a leading movement against suicide," explains Tony.

If you wish, you can help support Tony at his Just Giving page - 50KM Easter Challenge 2023

What is CALM?

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is taking a stand against suicide. "That means standing against feeling miserable, standing up to stereotypes and standing together to show life is always worth living. 125 lives are lost every week to suicide. And 75% of all UK suicides are male.

"We exist to change this. We do it by provoking conversation, running life-saving services, and bringing people together so they reject living miserably, get help when they need it and don't die by suicide," states CALM.
