Strident can now remotely monitor all your network peripherals

There are many elements that make up a modern business IT network in addition to desktop PCs and servers. Switches, routers, network attached storage and printers are just some of the network peripherals needed to run your network effectively.

A fault with a network switch, for example, can bring down the whole network and could stop your business in its tracks. Traditionally, issues with these devices could only be diagnosed by logging into the network after a reported issue but now the Strident Advanced Monitoring Agent is able to continuously monitor these devices in addition to the PCs and servers on the network.

Our Advanced Monitoring Agent is specialist software that enables us to proactively respond to any issues and ensure security patches and software updates are implemented. The software will report directly to our Support Portal and generate support tickets so we can resolve problems before you even know there is one, allowing you to get on with running your business.
