Be part of the Team.

In a flexible working world where good online communication has become even more important, Microsoft Teams has become an essential part of the suite of Office applications. While applications like Outlook aren't going away any time soon, continuous improvements as part of the Microsoft 365 subscription sees Teams get better and better.

Here are some of the recent enhancements we think will help you in your work.

Find messages, people, answers and files faster and more intuitively. A redesigned search results page features better context, faster results, improved filtering capabilities.

Video filters
Before joining a meeting, you can use filters to subtly adjust lighting levels and smooth out facial features to customize your appearance.

End-to-end encryption option for 1:1 calls
Use end-to-end encryption for 1:1 Teams VoIP calls, providing an additional option for conducting sensitive online conversations.

Transcription for 1:1 Calls
Transcription captures the text version of your Call and saves it for later use. This can be enabled via the control bar within the Call window.

Transfer calls between devices in Teams
Need to move your call to your phone or laptop? You can now transfer an ongoing call from one device to another or even add a second device to the same call.

Share to Teams from Outlook
Send a copy of email messages or conversations, including attachments, into Teams chats and channels or start a Teams chat related to a specific email message.

Reply to specific chat message in Teams Desktop
Reply to one specific message in a chat in Microsoft Teams Desktop. Just like the mobile apps, you can pick a message and respond to give your conversation more context.

Co-author message content in Teams
