Insane Terrain - £300 raised so far for 4YP.

A huge thank you to everyone who has sponsored us so far for our Insane Terrain challenge. Our training is going well but below is a little of what we have to expect on the 10km course.

The Strident Tech Warriors will take part in the Insane Terrain challenge to raise money for youth charity 4YP. Eight intrepid colleagues from Strident will take on the challenge.

Raising money for 4YP

Suffolk Young People's Health Project (also known as 4YP) is a charity that provides and coordinates services to improve the social, emotional, and physical health and wellbeing of young people in Suffolk, aged 12-25.

4YP helps young people develop the skills and knowledge they need to lead healthier, happier, safer, more resilient lifestyles, make more informed choices, and enable them to reach their potential.
