At Strident, we take data security very seriously and are always looking at better methods to protect your data and your business.
We only send sensitive data in encrypted emails that can only be unlocked by the recipient. Encrypting an email message in Outlook means it's converted from readable plain text into scrambled cipher text. Only the recipient can decipher the message for reading.
If you're using Office 365 you can send encrypted and rights protected messages to people inside and outside your business (including users of Office 365, non-Office 365 email applications, and web-based email services such as Gmail.com and Outlook.com) with Do Not Forward or custom Rights Management Services and send encrypted email messages to anyone, regardless of their email address.
Encrypted emails can be decrypted using a Office 365 account or by requesting a one-time password. This enables you to send secure, encrypted emails to anyone's email account system even if the don't have Outlook or and Office 365 account.
Find out more Office 365 Message Encryption on the Microsoft web site or contact our Helpdesk.
