Scott Stallan has joined the Strident IT support helpdesk to ensure we always have plenty of engineers to answer calls promptly. Scott comes from an IT support background which has enabled him to help support our customers immediately.
“I have always been interested in computing from a young age and used to build and customise PC’s. I love learning new methods of troubleshooting and increasing my knowledge daily,” says Scott. Recently completing his apprenticeship, Scott is proud of achieving the highest grade possible in his associated IT exams but also understands the importance of great customer service. “Building good customer relationships is essential, to understand their needs in order to offer the best service.”
“Scott’s experience in IT support, as well the preparation and installation of servers, has already made him a key part of support team. He’s keen to learn more and, through the Strident University, we will build on his skills,” says Chris Joberns, Managing Director for Strident.
Outside of IT, sport is a huge part of Scott’s life. “I play football for a men’s team on a Saturday and then coach a local under 10’s team on Sundays. I will try my hand at any sport although mainly for fun - I can’t play golf to save my life!”
