While the many benefits of Office 365 email (huge mailbox, powerful search and organisation, access from any device, virus-monitoring) make it an essential application for many businesses, the thought of ‘starting over’ can be off-putting.
The good news is that we can take all your old email over to Office 365 in an organised structure. You can carry on where you left off from your old email system, with your previous emails and contacts available for continuity.
Firstly, we review all your current mailboxes and highlight any unrequired or shared mailboxes. This simplifies the migration and saves you money. We then set up a secure synchronisation that copies all existing email to Microsoft’s data centres, which we run at the weekend to prevent disturbance or slowing down your system.
Detailed instructions are sent to all users with a timetable of activities. We include information on how to access your email on your phone or tablet and how to retrieve your email during the migration.
Once synchronisation is complete, we agree a date to switch everyone over to the Office 365 email platform. Two of our engineers, certified Microsoft professionals, will come to your site to quickly set up each user, ensuring the migration completes smoothly and with minimum downtime.
