As part of this approach Chris Joberns, managing director, has completed his ILM Diploma in Leadership and Management. The qualification not only provides extensive business knowledge, including areas such as finance and marketing, but also leadership skills to help facilitate innovation and change.
“These skills benefit Strident and the customer service we offer but also help us offer a proactive and more useful service by fully understanding the business management issues our customers face. For example, as we work towards ISO 27001 accreditation, we’ve been able to help our customers on wide range of data security considerations including the General Data Protection Regulation and the way that needs to be implemented their across businesses,” explains Chris.
